Pricing questions, answered
The things clients ask before signing.
Is the Basic price a once-off fee?
Yes. The Basic package price covers the implementation engagement: configuration, the stated training and implementation hours, and go-live. Odoo software licensing, hosting and any ongoing support retainer are billed separately.
What does 'Custom' actually cost?
Custom is scoped, not fixed. We run a discovery session, document your processes and integrations, then quote against the hours actually required. You see the scope and the number before anything is signed.
Can I combine packages?
Yes. Most clients start with Core ERP and add CRM, Payroll or Fiscalization. Combined engagements are quoted together so training and implementation hours are not duplicated.
Does Odoo licensing come out of these prices?
No. Odoo user licensing is paid directly to Odoo and depends on your user count, edition and apps. Payroll licensing is charged per employee on its own pricing brackets, and Fiscalization licensing is a $30.00 per month subscription.
What happens if we outgrow the Basic hours?
Additional hours are quoted upfront at our standard rate before any further work continues. We do not bill past the agreed hours without written approval.
Which deployment options are supported?
Basic covers self-hosted and Odoo SaaS. Odoo.sh deployment sits in the Custom package because it involves staging branches, source control and a bespoke deployment pipeline.
